It's getting painted blue. With a blacked out grille and blacked out chrome trim. Shown here with a 2-inch drop, which I think is just about the right amount for this car. Ignore the hideous rims, they would be Mustang five-spokes or American Racing recreations of such, with big balloon-ey muscle car tires.

I didn't use a tablet. I wrote it on an index card in Copic marker Colorcode 100. Scanned it in and upped the contrast in Photoshop

Illustrator's auto-trace is pure magic. You should check it out. Get insane-quality .svgs or high-res .pngs from even the shittiest of raster images.
